Worst Customer Service Experience Ever
I ordered a new phone from Best Buy, and it has been an absolute nightmare. They lost my phone during shipping, but instead of fixing the issue, they’ve refused to refund me. Every time I contact them, they give me the same robotic response: “We’re working on it,” or “Please wait longer.” It’s clear they have no intention of actually resolving the issue.
To make things worse, they’ve lied multiple times about escalating my case. When I ask to speak to a manager, they flat-out refuse. Their lack of accountability and transparency is infuriating. I’ve wasted hours of my time trying to get this resolved, and I’m still stuck with no phone and no refund.
Save yourself the frustration and avoid Best Buy at all costs. Their customer service is a joke, and they don’t care about their customers. I’ll never shop here again.
***As you can see from the Best Buy response, they clearly have refused to do any reading before responding, I have contacted the company MULTIPLE TIMES, with zero help or assistance…. Don’t waste your money at this company***

One of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The worker named John at Appliances went out of his way to search for my drawing pad searchin' in the warehouse asking fellow workers and being extremely kind and nice.Then, when he gloriously found it ,It let me skip the long line and rang me up right there and then .Amazing customer service, great product will come again

Purchased 3 items one was shipped good, other two were never sent out of the same town just said need solution but then to ship it to Ontario with no confirmation from me and refund me. Called customer support who puts me on hold then hangs up or am told " sorry for you inconvenience we can do anything ". All i need to be shipped my 2 items, not confusing or hard.
Edit to the owner: your contact support is the worse just people lying to me said they would fix it ( just to refund me anyways) or tell me sorry nothing we can do.

Purchased a 75" TV on the Saturday, the day after Black Friday. Walked around for over 30 mins, asking several associates to assist me with the purchase.
Was told by several staff "it's not my area so I can't help". Finally when one associate told me to go to the TV section and ask someone there instead, I snapped at her and told her I wouldn't be asking her if there was someone there already, and told her to her job and call someone to help me.
Clueless associates leads to poor service. Eventually when the Home Theatre associate finally arrived, he was very helpful and I was able to make this $1500 purchase.
But one thing is clear: a bunch of kids work here, seems to be hired with no experience or training, and absolutely no willingness to assist customers.
A complete shame; I've been to Best Buy in other provinces, and can say this location is by far the worst I've ever visited in terms of customer experience and knowledge.
They better start hiring qualified workers and fire these clueless high school kids.
As with other reviews, I expect the generic reply "we will share this with the team" from the best buy owner profile with the generic stock photo of a blonde haired woman. LOL, they won't do anything nor will they make any changes.
My recommendation: purchase a TV from Amazon, Walmart or Costco instead. I have had better service from these stores.

My review is not about the service in the store at Stavanger Drive as it was good -Daniel in mobile was very helpful. But I did not receive my signed documents by mail as was told I would. Daniel double checked the email but I stick have not received 3 days later. My beef is that I cannot call the store directly to find out about my documents, I call the number that is listed but it is a Best Buy central call in centre and they could not help as they said I need to go to the store directly which is hour and half from me.They said they cannot give me a phone number for the store as the store does not answer the phone to customers. They take my money willingly but not help me.

I have ordered total of 4 items(monitor,outlet surge, keyboard, magic bullet blender) . out of these only the monitor was delivered to me .. the customer service man tells me out of these products other 3 produce has been damaged(a keyboard and surge outlet damaged and monitor was ok :)) thats why its going back to warehouse so fing bestbuy can not send me the products rather give me refunds. I have spent money to get products and waited. Why should i want refund? Thats really bad service I am getting from best buy. Really dissapopinting.

CEO salary is 11 million - shareholders even more probably... yet is too cheap to have anyone answer the phone. The local number lists 3-4 mins of random info and hangs up on you. Edit: I see your reply which takes me to the 1-800 #. I'm not a child - of course I used that already. I was asking for a local # to verify my purchase was still there - as your customer service in a foreign country (cheap) told me I could pick up monday. Without having to be on the phone for half an hour. Then you cancelled the purchase and I had to re-purchase. Response shows exactly what I expect from an uncaring, outsourcing, underpaying business:) They gave the same response to every review lol "Call our call center in India or the DR." (Love you India & DR -but you're being grossly underpaid). Edit2 : Staff is great, but we all know they can barely afford to eat on min wage.

I have tried 4 times to go in there in the last week to purchase a $1500-$2000 computer and I cannot get any kind of service…. Nobody is ever around to ask and whoever you do find says “OH iM nOt In THiS DePaRtMeNT” what a waste of time and effort to even continue to try… id avoid this store and just go to staples to get your computer they actually seem like they want your money!

Delivery of the iPad from this store to the neighboring area took 4 days (the iPad was in stock, the delivery date is indicated as tomorrow). The support service for 4 days said that they will deliver today. Be careful if you decide to order delivery. It is terrible and untrue.

Membership is a scam, one of their executive convinced any electronic gadget you can bring here(mobile, computer, anything) to get it repaired and the spares you have to pay extra. On that i took membership and bought a laptop too, and after sometime i brought one mobile to fix. Their third world reply was like surprising. They said "we are not doing this and only computers. I hate their fraud business like anything but unless no choice i forced to go there..

Staff in the computer dept were very helpful in finding an available product and solution to what we needed.
Edit: Fallon in customer service was super kind and helpful when we had to unfortunately return/swap the items. She made the process very easy and stress-free.
