Oh, Bluenotes at Avalon Mall, how do I begin to describe the sheer catastrophe that is your clothing line? Let me paint you a picture: imagine a tissue paper. Now imagine wearing that tissue paper as a shirt. Yes, folks, that's the level of "quality" we're talking about here.
First off, let's discuss the fabric—or should I say the lack thereof. The clothes are so paper thin, you can practically read through them. I swear, one gust of wind and you’re halfway to a wardrobe malfunction. It’s like wearing a whisper. A very, very expensive whisper.
Speaking of expense, can someone please explain to me why these glorified napkins cost as much as they do? For the price, you'd think you were buying something that could last more than a couple of washes. But no, Bluenotes' clothes have the lifespan of a mayfly. They start falling apart faster than a cheap romance novel plot. Buttons pop off, seams unravel, and colors fade quicker than my patience while shopping there.
And let's not forget the fit! It's as if they designed these clothes for imaginary beings with proportions that defy the laws of physics. Too tight here, too loose there, and always too thin everywhere. You’d get better coverage wearing a string of dental floss.
In summary, shopping at Bluenotes in Avalon Mall is like throwing your money into a bonfire and hoping for a miracle. Save yourself the drama and go buy some real clothes. Your wallet and your sanity will thank you.

Got a pair of hoodies from the store. Got a wrong size by mistake. Instead of medium I bought an extra small. On the counter they told me I had 2 weeks for an exchange. When I go back the next day, less than 24 hours after, the guy smells the hoodie and tells me it has a smell to it and cannot be exchanged. The hoodie wasn’t even taken out of the bag, the tags were intact. He didn’t smell it when he was selling it to me, but for some reason he knew how it smelled before and that it smelled different after.
Not once was the hoodie worn, I went it exchange it as soon as I realized that it was the wrong size. The tags and everything were intact.
Not once did the guy mention that they have such a policy in place, nor is mentioned anywhere in the store, otherwise I would have never bought anything from this store.
The guy who served me was rude and illogical. The customer service was so pathetic. Really liked shopping here but after this one experience I’m never going back here again.
I have worked in retail myself for years and haven’t seen such poor exploitative policy in place.

Clothes are not really in style and are terrible quality. Also, sizing is terribly off. I recently bought a pair of jeans that were a size 12. Im usually an 8 or 7 and I could not get these apast my ankels. This was really upsetting to me because I sized up knowing that their sizes run really small. Employees are rude and not helpful.

I was in the store June 1st 2019, it was a Saturday night around 9pm. Anyways, I recently lost a little bit of weight and was looking for jeans, which is a nightmare FYI because I have really bad anxiety as well. But one of the employees there, whose name I unfortunately didn't get, helped me find a pair of jeans to try on and it really made me feel comfortable and way less anxious. So thank you. I really appreciate it, and if I knew their name I'd mention it because whoever your boss is should really give you praise. Thank you.

I remember a time when bluenotes was super hip.
Not so much anymore, but they know how to do great sales from time to time.
Finding a size 36x34 pair of jeans is sometimes difficult, bluenotes carries that size.
