The staff are very friendly and helpful. They treat you like a person and not a number. It is a refreshing change of pace and, if you slow down, it is a great place to get assistance with your banking needs

This Bank is horrible. I booked an appointment about 1 month ago. First time they call me said the appointment have to be changed to next week caused the employee going to vacation. Second time they call me said the employee left their bank. I just waste my time in this garbage Bank. When I ask to some help from them, they said we only can reschedule for you. I don’t trust this bank any more, and I will never ever put my money in this unprofessional Bank.

Super unprofessional. Heard them laughing at a Senior Citizen today, instead of helping him with his issue. If you’re with this branch; switch branches.

Called branch to check hours it says check website for hours check website it says 10am-4pm arrive at branch hours posted on door 10-4 but sign beside it saying closed for rest of day

Can't wait to use up my cheques so I can switch banks! BMO is the worst! I tried to deposit coin, the teller wouldn't take it unless it was rolled, I asked for a few rollers and she said no! I needed about 10! I went to Topsail road and they took my coin no problem

Always slow, closed on Saturday and if anything is more complex than a check deposit it regularly takes as many as three staff members to figure out how to handle it.

Best client care in the business! This branch's staff and branch manager Chris really came through for our family in helping us get a mortgage on an extremely tight deadline. (after a fall-through with an alternative lender).
Can't say enough about the expediency, care, and helpfulness that this branch provided, 5 Stars all the way.
