Poor customer servicr, no return calls always having to call looking for a update on the account. When my car insurance and house is up this time it will not be with brotker link. They have the poorest customer service that i had to deal with regarding to insurance and yes my insurance is with intact so no market otherwise. Very poor customer service regarding to anything regarding tomyour insurance

Called Friday, April 12 and spoke to Cassandra. To say the very least, it was a wonderful experience. She was knowledgeable, empathetic, and treated me with the utmost respect. Although I was not able to achieve what I would like to have, however, it was a great customer service experience that I will not forget.
And to all those companies who lack...that's how it's done!

We recently got canceled from a bank account being closed close to the withdrawal date. We spoke with Dee Parsons our first call and she was the biggest help and had our insurance back up and going within an hour and even with the cancelation our old insurance company canceled us for our bank being closed days before our payment came out.she was so polite,respectful, well mannered, easy to deal with and went above and beyond to help us. I give this insurance company 5 stars solely because of her. Not sure if she's from St.johns brokerlink or not but she is the best i ever dealt with.

I had the most wonderful experience today starting a new auto insurance policy today with the help of Cassandra Strickland!! She was able to answer all my questions wonderfully & stayed on the line with me until the end. Wonderful customer service & highly recommended!!!
