Miserable manager, was very rude and unhelpful. I can see she doesn’t treat her employees with respect. Cuts them off, uses foul language, and is just overall negative. Horrible energy for a shoe store

This store sold me a dirty pair of shoes and when I returned them to the store I was told I wore them. This was not the case at all as when I put them on with my outfit I didn’t like them at all. I was insulted that I was basically called a liar.
I asked for a manager and there was no manager in or around the store.
I called customer service where I couldn’t even speak with a authority figure there.
Giving this place 1 star for terrible customer service. Please check your shoes before you buy as you may never get your money back if there is a defect.
Also, I should mention I went around the store and looked at other bottoms that looked the same if not worst than the pair I purchased. Please beware of how you will be treated as a person. There was no professionalism here as “she was texting her boss” instead of calling her to explain the situation.
