Purchased a used car from Capital a few weeks ago, and it's been beautiful to drive since day 1. Thoroughly recommend asking for Ryan Hayden, always kept me in the loop with regards to communication in between purchase and pickup. Took a couple days to get the car as their service team removed some exterior rust, but they did a great job, it was in great condition on pickup day. Finance manager was solid, didn't push me to make choices for options I wasn't interested in. Would happily return whenever I need my next car.

They misdiagnosed bad inner tie rods. When I replaced them the old ones were working perfectly and had no play in them.

I had an absolute weapon of a rig picked out, and Mr Ryan took care of the rest. Lee out at finance was a breeze, and every member went above and beyond for me.
I picked out a Kona awd, and there were a few little things needed to done to have it ready for me. Unfortunately the delay in a part was around a week after everything. No worries on that, they had me in a beautiful loaner rig, until mine was ready for delivery.
Nothing but professionalism, and there in house service department team was perfect. I look forward to dealing with them again, and I have piece of mind with the extended warranty.
Ask for Ryan, you won't be disappointed.

This has to be one of the worst spots out there, bought a car here in September of 2023,when we first bought the car the power locks didn’t work and there was a dent in one of the doors both of which they said they would take car of it (still has no power locks and the door Isint taken care of to this day and have brought the car in multiple times) ,day 2 of having the car the bolt on the top of the front shock had cracked off and left us on the side of the road, 6 months in we have a engine misfire and they recommended a fuel injector cleaning ( I went ahead and replaced all fuel injectors for less than what they quoted for the cleaning), engine misfire comes back on month 7 they once again recommended a fuel injector cleaning after I told them I had 4 brand new ones put in a month ago, here we are on month 8 of having this car and the fuel tank is completely rusted out leaking and about to fall out and they quoted me 1600$ to replace it (found a place to put a brand new one in for less than 800$). On top of all of this we bought the top of the line extended warranty that they pushed me to buy and not a thing has been covered under it, this car was also sold fully certified inspected.

No doubt the worst service department I've ever had work on my vehicle. Bought a vehicle from them in the summer of 2023. It's now spring 2024. Vehicle has been in to service the same issue no less than 6 times since and the issue STILL isn't resolved. All issues are within the EVAP system (cannister, purge valve, gas cap.) Even if you have a warranty, they're very pick and choose of what they cover. If the item IS covered, you'll still have to pay a decent fee (First time I've ever heard of a warranty deductible"). Was quoted an outrageous amount to replace 1 component and was able to find a competitor do it for roughly 1/8th of the price. They've been diagnosing the issue on each visit to determine the issue and for some reason on the most recent visit, they wanted to charge another outlandish amount hourly until the matter was resolved. Nothing done by anyone in the company to try and rectify. Had I known what I was getting into, I never would've signed the paperwork in the first place. I'd ditch them yesterday If I could.

Here is the story. I tried to sell my suv on Facebook and purchased a pickup truck. A sales from this dealer called me and gave me a good price of my vehicle. I found a man who wanted to sell his truck to me as a very good price. I drove more than 400km to check the truck and asked a favor to let him sell the truck to this dealer, so I can trade in here. After that man sold his truck as low price and I prepared to trade it, this dealer reduce 1000 dollars of my car which we already set the price. The reason they give me is my suv has something leaking. I parked my car in garage everyday and I will see something on floor if leaking and I just purchased it less than one year and it passed inspection less than one year. I feel like be played and in my opinion, this dealer just wants to sale this truck for higher price but not the price I got from that man. I can’t accept they can’t keep their words although I will pay them more than 2000 for their service. They value their credit and reputation less than 1000 dollars. I think they’re greedy liar and cheater.

My mechanic Ed was the best. I had brought a car for inspection and repair. He walked me through everything the car needed and what he would do in each step. He was very knowledgeable and polite.

Great service, they had my stored tires ready for installation. Completed my lub. Oil, fiter change with additive and a total check up for the winter season. It was a carry over from the great service I received from Capital BMW.
