The worst dealership I have ever dealt with I have a 2023 Outlander with no acceleration its been like it since it was new its been in the shop a half dozen times with no major work done on it either time top up transmission fluid last time as if this was supposed to fix the problem, the car is dangerous to drive, you need to talk to some one forget about it they are always in a meeting I am not the only person experiencing this problem other people are having the same issue hoping to hear back from other people to take some kind of action stay away from Mitsubishi .

We went there to purchase their pre-owned car. We have chosen the car already and paid a downpayment to have it sent to a shop for inspection. The next day, the sales agent called me to inform that the car met an accident while driving to the shop. I just can't believe it. They offered me another car with the same model but with more mileage on it, but up until this time, it is not available. Very disappointed with this shop and the sales agent who assisted me. :(

Avoid like the plague. The vehicles and the dealership are seriously lacking. Not impressed.

Up until this point my wife and I have had no problems with this dealership. Last Friday we had some work done and we ended up owing on our bill, no problem. We called in to ensure the shuttle would pick one of us up as it was getting close to their closing time.
We were told someone would be there when we arrived to complete the payment and get our keys back. I arrived to the dealership at 5:23. Basically, all the lights were off and the doors were locked. I waited along with another gentleman for approximately 10 minutes before I left. (I brought a second set of keys)
Today we got a call stating there was a janitor there to let us in. How were we supposed to complete payment if only a janitor is working? So, now we have to drive back out to Kenmount Road from CBS to get our keys for our vehicle.
Unacceptable to have the doors locked, lights off and no one there that can actually accept our payment.

Do not get your vehicle serviced there. Support a locally owned shop who won’t try and rob you like this dealership, and save your money.

I've had multiple repairs done here over the past 2 years, and each time it was quite expensive, but I assumed that was the norm. Recently, my check-engine light was on, so after they looked over it, they sent me a quote that it would be >$5000 to repair the exhaust system and sensors. I decided to go to another local shop for a 2nd opinion, and they were able to do the required repairs for only $600 (note they repaired a pipe rather than replacing it, which would have cost an additional $1000). I will no longer be servicing my car at this dealership as it is ridiculously expensive.

Kudos to Mitsubishi Capital. Me and my Wife bought our new Car and everything went smoothly especially with the help of Jill Jhonson and Andrew Breen they were very helpful and friendly. They are very professional and they provided an exceptional and excellent service.

Set the bar low right away
Should of never bought a vehicle from here. Seems like alot of dealerships when they got the sale they decline to give good service.

I purchased a 2020 Outlander with 33000 km on it and the radio wasn't working . I had it replaced on warranty and it went out again less than 7 months later . I called the dealer and they said there is nothing we can do because I was over my km by 10000 . I called head office and they told me the same story.I own two Outlanders now but wouldn't buy either other one. Most dealers would at least try to resolve the problem
