Seats are uncomfortable. Most of the times, staff is friendly, not always helpful. Hardly ever see the same person working again. Every time I went to watch a movie, the AC is off. Especially on warm, humid days. Each time I brought it to the staff's attention, and yet nothing is done. Trash are almost always full; bathrooms can be cleaner. This is the only movie multiplex in town so the public has no other option. I understand that these are minor inconveniences, but for the prices they're charging, they can do better.

Going to the theaters again is just like the old times before covid hit. Go out and have a laugh with you friends and if you can fit some fun time in for the Rec Room

We have been going to this theatre for years. Facility is nice, movie ticket prices are reasonable.
The food pricing however has gotten completely out of hand. 12 dollars for a kids pack that has about three handfuls of popcorn a fountain drink that's about the size of the former Tim's small coffee. I know movie food is generally marked up in the 1000's of percent range, but you used to at least get a reasonable portion for the money, not any more. Can't recommend until something changes with either the prices or the portions.

IMAX is a waste of money. Same seat used since the empire theatre days. I have a photo of those seats in Dec of 1999. The back of the seats are worn out and goes back like your laying down facing the ceiling. Needs a update but not going to happen.

If anything, the seats are too big and comfy. Snacks are overpriced as is standard. Good selection of blockbuster and indie films.

Clean, friendly and a lovely way to spend some time, be prepared to spend big bucks if you purchase from the snack counters 2 bottles of water and 2 bags of candy $25.00, it cost less for 2 to see the movie.

The movie theatre is not the best but I appreciate the fact that we have one!
