“Second time here, and the same nonsense happens. I show up 15 minutes early to my appointment, and 1.5 HOURS later, after aimlessly wandering around the warehouse to kill time, I go to the tire center—only to hear, ‘We can’t find the lock nut.’ Are you kidding me? I had a detailed conversation with the desk attendant about exactly where the lock nut was before I handed over my keys. Clearly, they don’t value anyone’s time or even know what time it is. It’s 9 PM, and the person behind the desk has the nerve to say, ‘Have a good day.’ No thanks—I’ll be taking my business anywhere else from now on.”

They inflated my tires to the wrong pressure after i told them it needed to be 45psi. Went back for the retourque and told them about their mistake, they said that i could pay to fill it myself

I cannot say enough about them. They are professional, accommodating, and pleasant. It was crunch time, and I desperately needed my winter tires put on. As busy as they were, they got me in, and I was on my way. Great job and at a very affordable price for the service. They came through for me big time.

Never again.Had a flat, too early for winter tires. Ordered summer tires at end of the season. Our tires were six week late.Called. "Would you do the summer tire rim change, and install my winters, and just throw the new summers back in the car?"*person goes to ask the tire centre*"We'll do whatever you need done."Showed up, winters had studs, couldn't be installed because of the date - we understood, our bad.Summer tires still weren't in.Booked for winter install.Summer tires came in after the winter install. Brought rims in, were told they'd be installed when they have time, and we were charged another fee.Cut to a week after drop off, we get our first voicemail saying the tires had to be picked up as soon as possible, and they weren't responsible for anything that happened to them.Because of their shipping delays, their miscommunication internally and with the customer, and their inability to pick up a phone to say our tires were ready, they threatened to be negligent in their responsibility to make sure the tires we bought from them would still be in usable shape. It took multiple visits to Get sorted and we were charged twice for our rim Change.
