I have dealt with the receptionist, Sue, over the phone who went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident with the making of my decisions to have my business with this business. The individuals I had provide me the service, Nick & Steve, were phenomenal. They had provided a very careful and meticulous service with the attentiveness and finess I had requested. The payment process was also very easily handled with the assistance of Craig, dispatch and payments, over the phone. 10/10 quality of service! I recommend Domestic Moving & Service to everyone.

We live out of the province and were in need of a moving company to pick up a number of new furniture items and bring them to our summer home in Trinity Bay.The entire team team was absolutely fantastic to work with. Sue was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I was informed about pricing, processes and how safe my furniture was during the transport. They were very quick to get my move together in 1 week immediately after the SOE was lifted during the 2020 Snowpocalypse. Lovely to deal with. Movers lined up to my destination with perfect timing, however I paid for unpacking and the drop movers did not complete the unpacking and piecing together of furniture. That is why I rated 4-stars only otherwise 5-stars!

Domestic Moving and Storage has not even moved us yet and the whole group of employees there on Blackmarsh Road as been amazing. if the move is 1 percent as good as their service we will be fine.Allied moved us 3yrs ago after a nightmare experience with a NL company who let us know 1 hr before they could not pick up our things.Not only did Allied bail us out big time,not a thing got damaged after 4000 kms.
