FedEx Ship Centre provides quick and easy package pick-up. The staff is polite, helpful, and understanding. The location has large, bright signage, is very easy to find, and has designated parking. However, communication with the 1800 number and tracking updates can be confusing. For international packages, proof of customs payment is not always relayed, requiring a trip to the centre. Despite this, the service is amazing, with items sometimes arriving ahead of schedule, making for a great experience that many would highly recommend.
