I took my daughter last Saturday .One girl cut her hair my daughter hair was long and silky.we showed her a sample.
Ifter received we found she is ttotally unprofessional ,not trained up in hair cut even dont know how to cut hair.after returned home my daughter was crying .She is 9.step by step cut was to eqal.if i could zero star i could give them.i don’t recomendation to anyone to go this saloon.fully awaful service ever

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Words can’t describe how mad I am. Went to give my son a haircut specifically a mullet, lady at the desk started saying how it would look silly because of what he looked like, not doing what he asked she gave him a buzz cut that was absolutely unnecessary. My son gets made fun of not only because of the buzz cut but because of how patchy and uneven it’s was. I called her out on what she did and she decided to call security even though she was the one who didn’t listen to my son, do not recommend going.

I wish I can give zero start. Totally unprofessional, I have never been this much disappointed with my hair cut. Very rude lady at counter. Not recommended at all

I asked for a simple hair cut with none off the back and not much off the front. Proceeded to take all the length off the back and way to short in the front. Lady barely spoke english and never understood what I asked. Terrible service.

I asked the lady for a simple haircut just a straight cut touching the shoulder, no layers, no thinning or any styling. She ended up cutting my hair super short and really thinned out my hair to the point where I can’t even put up my hair in a ponytail or a half-up half-down. It’s also not an even cut and there are many places that look choppy. I am honestly disappointed and unhappy with the service as the lady who cut my hair didn’t speak to me the entire time and she spoke to her co-workers. While she was cutting my hair she never like worked her way up to cutting it a little shorter and shorter to make sure that was the length I wanted (which is something I have experienced in other salons) or never really listened to me. I understand that hair grows back but that takes time and she cut it like 2-3 inches above my shoulder which is not what I asked for at all. I REALLY WISH I read the reviews before coming here. It was my first time there and it will definitely be my last.

Not a nice experience at all. The hair dresser did not understand at all what I was saying. Did not speak English. I tried to explain that I don’t want layers anymore and would like to trim my hair to same length but she did not understand a bit. I gave up explaining. Basically charged me 40 dollars for absolutely doing nothing at all. Simply waste of money and time. Wouldn’t go there again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I usually never had a problem with this place, but the last lady who did my hair never cut it right. She didn't wet my hair or section it properly, & after I told her my hair breaks easily and is brittle she proceeded to use a hair straightener, which made it so my hair didn't fall naturally. She cut it very choppy when I asked for the most simple hair cut & when I got home there was so much I had to fix. My hair keeps sticking to my clothes like velcro. The way she was using the thinning shears ruined my hair.
The attitude of this place is definitely off too. Not sure how she ever got through hair cutting school. She never directed my hair properly either & cut everything wrong. I paid $40 for a simple hair cut that I had to go home and fix because I was so embarrassed to be seen with what she did.

Worst experience ever. The stylist don't know anything. The things in hair cut and beard trimming which the stylist did, I would have done myself with a trimmer. Total waste of money

I found this place to have the best customer service in town. I got a great look from a friendly hairdresser except she was a little slow.

The worst hair cut I have ever had. No sectioning. Horrible layers thinned my hair without asking. And bangs that make me look like Joe Dirt. The absolute worst hair chopper ever. You cannot call her a stylist more like a butcher. Should be able to give negative stars. I feel robbed.
