I purchased a machine in 2023 and I have some issues with it functioning. I called today and they told me that my warranty Voided because I didn’t buy my supplies there. so all the products like my mask and my holes and my filters are not considered medical grade yet my mass came from the exact same company where my mask came from in the package that I received from Horizon there my hose was in the same package from Horizon air The only thing different was a filter that I’ve been changing every three months. I recommend you consider this before you buy your machine there. I will no longer deal with Horizon air for any future CPAP purchases

My husband and I went to the new location and we were welcomed right upon entry. Heather was so kind! We are from out of town and decided it couldn’t hurt to see if we could squeeze in prior to our scheduled apt due to already being in town. We were very pleasantly surprised that April was willing to see us in between clients. The new building is super clean and modern. As a previous client the parking was a little difficult at the old location. Who ever the owner/ manager is of this location should be very proud of their staff. We received great customer service.

I recently changed from my 30+ year provider/competitor to HorizonAire. Extremely positive experience with HorizonAire from INITIAL contact/telephone call up to and including preparing the CPAP and afterwards! (3 months) My insurance was very difficult to deal with but, the RRT I dealt with at HorizonAire got me past all the hurdles with them through her knowledge and patience. I couldn't have done it without her. Other staff I dealt with at HorizonAire were equally helpful and knowledgeable. Initially, I was assured someone would always be available to respond to a telephone call and during the first couple of weeks, with my new machine, this was proven to be a fact several times! Being able to reach staff immediately about such a critical piece of equipment was a pleasant surprise as I RARELY experienced that with my previous provider, in person or on the telephone!
Thank you HorizonAire team! Keep up the good work!!

I have had a great experience with HorizonAire. Their RT’s are knowledgeable, very helpful. They got me in for a fitting quickly. Competitive rates and friendly staff. Highly recommend. I had a bad experience with their competitors. I was so happy to have way better experience here.

Completed a sleep study with Horizon Aire, simple easy process. Came back mild and was offered to try Opti pillows since my insurance wouldn't cover mild. Staff explained the device, showed me how to use it and provided a handout for reference. Works great for my snoring and wife is happy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks Horizon Aire

I had a very disappointing experience with Horizon Aire. They were unclear with their rental policy. I thought I had to rent for 3 months even though my insurance only covered for one month. I told them this and no one ever mentioned I could purchase earlier to eliminate part of the rental cost until the end when it was too late. I actually ended up paying about three- and 1/2-months rental as I started the process mid-month. The first month was prorated and so over a three-month period the last month should be prorated as well, this was my understanding. Apparently not, their policy is for you to pay the full last calendar month as well so less I could get back on insurance. I want to make sure people are aware of this as it was not made clear to me. I also found the service quite rushed I had one technician say they don't have time to talk to clients with any regularity as they have hundreds of Clients. Appears maybe too many. I made the Manager aware of this and the service issues and all she said to me was that it was not my place to comment on their workload and how it effects service. Not my place I am just a paying customer. When I discussed the rental cost and purchase cost with the Manager, I was told there was nothing they could do for me once charged even though I was told by front desk they could the previous week and as such made a point to buy the unit early. Communication was lacking with the whole process for me. My experience is staff don't listen to their clients attentively and don't provide all the accurate information. Not sure if this is due to volume issues or otherwise. Be aware of this.

Very unprofessional service from HorizonAire. Staff lied to me on three different occasions and did not seem knowledgeable. Would NOT recommend.

Purchased a new cpap machine paid extra for more warranty and to have two masks, had an issue with the new mask from the first day , called in several times and had my cpap adjusted, nothing worked started using the used mask from a rental that someone else had that was part of my new purchase and that seemed to work fine. So obviously the new mask is defective,when I called to return it I was given another used mask and was told that's all there going to do for me . Ok so other then warranty I will buy my supplies elsewhere .
So shop around before you purchase , I would not recommend this company.

well my experience was going great until they shipped wrong mask and i had to return mask for the proper one but they still made me pay the shipping cost for the incorrect one they shipped by mistake.

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea in 2013 and had to get 3 quotes for my insurance company for a CPAP machine. Horizon Aire is the company I went with based on their prompt service and knowledgeable support staff.Then, last month my CPAP machine stopped working correctly and was past its 3 year warranty. Horizon Aire contacted the manufacturer to push for a new replacement machine which I received the next day. These folks really do know what excellent customer service is all about!
