I cannot recommend the ladies at Jump+ enough. Emma helped me. SHE WAS FANTASTIC. She was very friendly, informative, helpful even assisted me with carrying out my computer.
Another one of her other female colleagues was super helpful as well. :)
Great service and would recommend if needing help with any of your apple products!

Update i used my 2nd account for making response to ur comment. As i earlier i told u i had purchased and tried to return it less than a day. And u are saying u gave 1 year warranty and u said it might be get damaged. What u think i can damage to cable in less than a day. I am not using cable first time. It was one of the worst experience that i ever has with the store. Also the staff are too unprofessional

I had two problems with my Mac that had been driving me CRAZY. I went in to the St. John's store this morning and the repair technician CJ resolved them in about 20 seconds.....AMAZING.

The staff here are very unknowledgeable and will do anything they can to not make Apple liable.
I have a 3 month old IPhone that stopped charging. The technician told me it’s my fault and there is water damage so there nothing he can do. After looking into it further my iPhone water indicator had not gone off so I was extremely disappointed to be taking the blame for what was likely just caused by humidity when these devices are supposed to be water proof now.
The technician told me I needed a completely new phone since this couldn’t be fixed and quoted me $750+tax.
With the help of YouTube I was able to fix the charging port myself in 2 minutes when I got home.

Is it normal for employees in this store to ignore customers for over 20 mins, while 2 people sit at the back office chatting? We went on a midday and couple of employees saw us and walked right past us lol. Ignorant and unprofessional. Atleast a greeting or a “we’ll help you soon” would be nice.
There was 2 people out front helping other customers but they were approaching people who came after us?? Felt like we were discriminated?

My macbook died so i brought it in to these people. They diagnosed the logic board AND the display as broke. Wanted 1900$ to fix. I bought a motherboard on ebay 100$ and fixed it myself. Nothing wrong with the display!! Works great! Thieves will rob you if you let them. Think twice

I payed in full for a brand new iPhone as I needed a new reliable phone to take to work with me. I work offshore, and my only lifeline with land for a month plus at a time while I’m out there is a working phone. I purchased the new iPhone September 30th, and shipped out for work the next morning. Keep in mind we have 0 cell service offshore, just shipboard WiFi, when I set up my phone I noticed the sleep/wake button wasn’t working. It wasn’t able to be clicked, and completely indented into the phone. It was like this right out of the box to boot, so my month at work I spent with a broken cell phone right out of the box!!! I did crew change yesterday and as soon as I was on land, I called about the issue right away. Jump+ told me yesterday that because it’s past the 14 days they won’t replace the broken phone that they admittedly sold me. They will however waste a week home of my time hauling this brand new phone which cost over $1000 apart, compromising the integrity of a brand new phone. As I was 900km in the middle of the North Atlantic Ocean, I sure couldn’t make it back to bring them this broken phone they sold to me within 14 days!! Service is very poor, and certainly not an issue caused by myself. I do not recommend anyone buy apple products from this spot. I went above and called Apple this morning, explained the situation, and have a new iPhone on the way to me, no questions asked. When a customer spends in excess of $1000 at your store, and you sell them a faulty product, that’s how you treat them? I sure will never buy from you folks again. Directly from apple from here on out!

Totally nonsense shop. The guy was there he was giving us the false information and when we asked about the manager he just told his manager something and he also give us the same false information. they didn't even give us the chance to say anything.

Very unsatisfied with their service. I sent my AirPods for repair, they send them back to me with same problems. Second time Again i bring them to store for repair, they exchange my AirPods with another another ones.
