purchased a stunning pair of NB shoes today, all thanks to Joy, who is an exceptional sales representative. Joy went above and beyond, proactively checking the store's inventory, informing me precisely when to pick up the shoes, and even putting them on hold for me. While some might consider this routine, having encountered less helpful sales reps, I truly appreciate Joy's outstanding assistance and genuine kindness. Thank you!

If you’re planning on getting a refund at this store get a cash refund! I’ve been patiently waiting for a $200 refund for well over a month now. The staff is not properly trained In giving refunds. I waited over 7 business days to receive my money in my account and when I didn’t receive it I called the store they said to call customer service. I’ve called customer service dozens of times and each time they could not help me and told me to call back in 5-7 business days. After nothing was being done I then went back to the store to get a reprint of my refund receipt and realized the lady who did my purchase did not give me a refund in the first place. She just suspended the transaction. At the store I was talking to the manager and asked if i could get $200 cash refund but said it wasn’t possible because it’s been over 3 weeks and if he took it out of his cash he could get in trouble with whoever he was talking about. He just told me to call customer service again. It’s been another 4 weeks and I’ve called customer service multiple times since then and i have yet to see any money or progress in receiving a refund. I’ve been very understanding and patient with customer service and the staff at this store but I don’t recommend anyone purchasing from this location or if you do ALWAYS request a cash refund!!

Every time I have been into Little Burgendy I have had the pleasure of being helped by Levi. He's always so helpful and even when I had fitting issues with shoes he helped me trying different styles and is always so knowledgeable. I don't know how much he makes but he for sure needs a raise for being the best! Customer service is top notch.
