I usually buy mostly all my clothes from Lulu everything from socks to sweatshirts.I buy from there because the quality of the items. Lately I have been noticing the quality of almost all of my items are gone down hill horribly. Usually when I would have an issue I bring the item back and there would be no issue. I find lately that some of their staff are very picky and turn away any warranty item clothing. I’m now going to shop elsewhere. Thanks for nothing Lulu!

very friendly and helpful staff in this lulu store! I had one bad experience that was quickly remedied and resolved by the managers, who provided above and beyond kind & courteous customer service.

Gets very crowded and could use a bigger location. Offers a Military/Veteran discount. Good selection of athletic clothing. High prices. Overall good place to get high quality athletic clothing.

Staff are always very friendly and polite! They will help you find what you are looking for or order it in if they don't have it. I also love the comfort and quality of their products. I really enjoy this store.

Tried calling this store 11 times over the course of 2 hours to complete a send sale. No one picked-up the phone until the 2 hour mark at which point the lady who answered the phone told me that the single item I wanted had "just" been purchased by someone else. When I respectfully expressed my concern about calling for 2 hours with no response, I was simply told that they can't always get to the phone. If they had picked-up the phone 2 hours earlier, I would have been able to purchase and the item is now out of stock across Canada. Recommendations:1. Offer your customer an apology.2. Pick-up your phone with some level of consistency.When I tried contacting the Lululemon Guest Education Centre, they were useless and unenthusiastic about helping me. I've spent thousands on Lulu this year and I'm 100% over them. Time to give their competitors some New Years love and my hard-earned money.
