  Me and boyfriend were so excited to go back to get some more food items here because the employees that had served us before were so nice and helpful. But unfortunately there was a guy there, bigger with a beard, and was so rude! It was so odd and awkward how rude he was being and he slammed our items on the counter and one of the boxes broke open and he didn’t even apologize. When we went to pay he threw the debit machine down on the counter and it was an awful experience. We hadn’t gone back since then and I really hope he’s gone now because we love m&m shop.

  I was in the store today afternoon, May the 16th.
  The male customer assistant ( heavy set with beard) was extremely rude and unprofessional. Slamming the fridge doors just to show me where things are. I paid 60$ and as a customer you expect to be treated fine. Man, doesn’t your job involve helping the customers out?
  The look on his face was disgusting!!!
  I hate to say it, but he seemed like he didn’t want a non-local person there. Guess what? U lost a non-local customer!
  It’s a shame.
