Michaels is an amazing store with a great, clean location in St. John's. It offers an expansive assortment of everything to create anything, including popular art supplies, fabric, canvases, yarn, home décor, party decorations, and Cricut machines. Customers find the product quality good and note that all ages of products are available. The store is never too busy and has a lot of stuff to look through. Many staff are nice, friendly, and knowledgeable, often providing excellent, helpful service. However, it can sometimes be challenging to find someone for help as there are not many people working. The store provides services like balloon inflation, with prices better than competitors. A common point is that Michaels is expensive, more than online retailers, which is a general company point. The bathrooms are pretty clean. Overall, visitors usually have a good experience, with some calling it one of the best, and recommend visiting to unleash your creativity.
A truly cool place to go even if you’re not that artsy. It’s full of the most interesting things. I go for custom framing usually and I enjoy painting so everything I need is there.

Staff is excellent very helpful. Was there to get a frame for a project my wife was working on. The person in the frame shop was knowledgeable and made suggestions. Highly recommend.
