Sales associate ativity dissuaded us from buying a set of hiking shoes and warned us multiple times how bad they are. What kind of place does that? The only solution offered was a pair of the most expensive hiking shoes on display. Will not be returning.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and made themselves available. The prices were surprisingly good. I got a great pair of hikers at an awesome price. Worth a revisit!

I feel ompelled to write this review because I see that the store has a poor rating at this time. My first interaction was by phone asking about a jacket that I might order online. The salesperson was very friendly and helpful and went out of her way in describing the jacket. My next encounter was a visit to the store when I had received the jacket online and wanted to return it. Again, all my interactions were extremely positive. I found it was a totally pleasant environment to shop in. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. And believe me, this is a legitimate review.

Terrible service and cheap clothes. Told me to fetch the tag which I had forgotten in order to return something, then after making another long trip, got denied a refund on a sweater that didn't fit. "Intent" doesn't matter when the item condition is still great to resell.

Good location and products, but no so good service. A very rude customer server yelled at me and accused me of "made a mess" when I was trying to find the right size of shoes. There was no mess there. A few boxes were not perfectly alligned, but that was so before I came!
