Horrible costumer service. Even lied to my face about not being able to do returns on unopened products... the one by my place is able to why not here. Also Horrible stock. Never has the German pilsner i like at this location.

The employees here are great. I've visited the city/province a couple of times in the last couple of years and every year I drop in they are always very helpful and informative on local products that I am interested in trying. Friendly as well.

Downtown location good for walking over. Selection small but adequate. Evening counter service as rude as I've encountered in NL. Must be a rougher crowd coming in at night than I experienced early evening, based on the security.
