Pet city is a store id recommend as somebody who rescues animals, and volunteers with rescues as well. It's very refreshing to see a pet store like pet city, that actually houses all of their animals in appropriate homes. The staff are knowledgeable as well, you won't get any of those harmful recommendations that you'd often get from the chain store, or the stores that're in it for profit. Pet city genuinely cares about every animal they have, and if you couldn't see it from the amazing enclosures they have around the store, talking to the staff will make you realize quickly that this isn't just a job to them, and they put the animals well beings first.
Would support again, and I recommend this store to anybody that's truely an animal lover.
P:S. IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT IMPULSE BUYING AN ANIMAL, WITHOUT DOING THE RESEARCH OR WITHOUT BEING WILLING TO PAY FOR PROPER HOUSING, CARE SUPPLIES AND VET VISITS. JUST DO NOT. Please research months before deciding to adopt or buy. It's not up to the staff of the stores to teach you everything, you should already know a lot of it. Their well-being matters!!!

Just left there getting silk worms and super worms for my dragon, the staff are so friendly and they genuinely care about the animals there. All the reptiles and birds and fish are so healthy looking and well cared for ..answered all my questions ,the stores cleaned and well stocked.. will be coming to this store for my reptiles and food from now on

Can’t say enough great things about this place. Their variety is about the best in the city - the store is always super stocked.
The staff are very educated on their animals and products and super friendly and engaging. I always look forward to paying a visit here!

I go here for feeders and every visit is very pleasant. The staff are fantastic, and will help you in any way they can. Feeders seem like they’re sourced from a great place, my reptiles never refuse them. My dog also loves coming along because he gets lots of attention from the staff!

I’ve had a really good experience with Pet City. I bought four rats who got sick. It is hard to say what the cause was but it’s possible stress or infection. The manager and all the staff have been extremely helpful, caring and generous with their time in helping the situation. Also, you can tell that they are all good people who truly love animals. I really appreciate their devotion.

Love this place! Always the best information about whatever you need. The best place to get feeders for any sized reptile/invert! With a points system to boot, this is the best pet shop on this side of the island. They also carry the best inverts you could find.
