Great PetSmart with lots of wonderful stuff. We got our new budgie here. I will say this location it's difficult to find staff to assist when you have questions or want to purchase a pet. It's hard to tell who's staff and who's a customer at this location. The staff are usually friendly.

Had a few issues with some early signage and the staff were reluctant to give the proper discount advertised. All was resolved by the time we left the store just could have been handled better in my opinion.

Always has the dog food I need for my furbaby...he had alot of food allergies. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

Nice and friendly staff .even prices were not as high as I thought they would be.they know there stuff here. Coming back again that's for sure . I recommend this place for your dogs and cats and all animals . !!! Made us feel comfortable and they have a lot there to keep him surprised and happy and spoiled because your pet is a member of the family and should be treated special as they are. They help you keep him surprised. AND we love to spoil Taz. They also have great deals and grooming and training and adoption. That's what you call all in one for your pet needs and wants. Great place, great people. Next time we may bring Taz along shopping!

Rude, made us feel not welcomed.The store hours in the google said they close at a certain time so we made sure we’re there at least an hour early because we would be there for at least 15 minutes. It was our first time there and didn’t know they close earlier than the time posted online. The way she treated us at the checkout area made us feel uncomfortable. First thing, I apologized for being the last customer and she ignored it and made a face that she is annoyed.First and last time. Plenty of stores out there and I will make sure my friends never ever go there again as well. If your store is open, you serve them, not make them feel like that. I have worked in service for 6 years as well and always treat all the customers with respect, no matter when they arrive.

I go here to buy cat litter,toys and just look around. The prices are reasonable,cheaper than some stores. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell.Great place for all your pet needs.

Our Yorkie loves the place and he's still pretty picky. I think that speaks volumes on the staff and selection of toys and treats.

Frankly, disgusting.Clearly don't care for the animals, leave dead fish in the tanks. It's disgusting and cruel. The Stavanger drive PetSmart, better.Better yet, go to an independent pet store such as Pet City who cares for their animals.Why would you support this place?
