Waited for 20 minutes no one even looked at me, misses was helping a customer and told gentleman to come out from the back he looked me up and down then went out back again, I was going there to change plans and buy a phone case but Rogers I will happily stay with my provider if that’s the way the service is.

My review isn't for any specific location but moreover for the wifi service in general. Highly succeptible to weather interruption and slower speed overall in comparison to their competition.

I heard a lot of praise from my family members who live in Toronto so I got their connection here. I often play online games and also work online so the fact that I have to send a ticket every one-two months and ask someone to come in and check why my connection keeps dropping has to speak for itself. Rogers is not the way to go if you play games online or work online as their connection cuts of out of nowhere plus the latency caused by ping spikes.It gets really frustrating when your internet stops working out of nowhere and starts working again without changing anything. And this happens with Rogers, a lot. Really would not recommend for anything other than casual video watching + social media browsing. 2/10 on my end. Considering changing as soon as the situation regarding covid eases down a bit.

Had been advised by Rogers to go to Rogers store in St. John’s to get a new remote called champion remotewith watch cable button instead of one with power button cause it was old And cUsed problems like freezing.. I went to this topsail road store and the agent was discourteous,etc, not helpful. Said simply she didn’t know anything about such a remote and that it must be an Ontario thing.

Nothing but trouble. Had to verify address for bills 3 times in 5 months and still havent ever recieved a bill and had calls for late payments when a bill was never recieved.

For a phone company, this location NEVER answers it's own phone. Just call the Avalon mall location.

Its good for calling about problems with your TV, cable, cellphone and home phone.Sometimes you have to wait awhile to speak e someone.
