The sales associate was so rude to us. We were 3 people altogether in the store and it wasn't busy at all. We were debating whether to buy a piece of clothing or not. And the sales associate pushed us aside telling us that we were blocking the way in the lane. Who were we blocking? A phantom maybe.

I visit the store often. Most of my work clothes come from here. I find the styles very classic but trendy. I love the fit and quality of their clothing!There are a couple of long time employees and they always greet and assure you finding things. But they have all been approachable.

I totally understand everything now with COVID things are different,etc...I went to RW 5:03pm on a SATURDAY evening and they were closed...ON A SATURDAY!!! Yes,again...I get stores hours are changed bc of the pandemic but almost every other store in the mall is open till at least 7:00. Is there a higher risk of catching COVID between the hours or 5pm-7pm or something??? Sorry,but I don’t understand the reasoning behind that.

I walked around the store looking at pants for 10 to 15 mins while being ignored by two employees...
Update: March 10, 2019
This time 3 employees ignored me as looked at almost every pair of pants trying to find my size... Won't be going back a 3rd time.
