The young sales representative that helped me was great. However, the young female manager who was at the store was not. I was trying to resolve an issue regarding missing points/warranty on a recent $700 purchase before spending another $300 (proof of purhase in hand). Driving 6hrs round trip for original receipts was not an option for me. She refused to provide a phone number for corporate so I could escalate my predicament later. Instead of receiving support on the issue I was accused of yelling and being hostile despite this not occurring. She also put words in my mouth and twisted my words which I attempted to clarify before she started to become unhinged. She began demanding staff call security and shut down terminals so that I couldn't complete my purchase. She accused me of creating a scene saying all the customers were looking at me. They weren't looking at me. I'm going to attempt to contact corporate. Hopefully, they will be able to use this as a coach back opportunity if they can identify her. Apparently, it is company policy to not provide names of managers when asked. I'm now seeking another location to do my business with. I suggest you do the same too if you require any sort of customer service.

Very rude manger. System is way out of date. Can only use one gift card n cash, cant use 2 gift cards, and cash ect because there "system is to old". Not worth the headache going there.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. My husband and I were ignored the first time we walked in there today, so we decided to come back. Upon returning, we were once again ignored by a worker by the name of Mackenzie. She looked right at us and decided what she was doing on her clipboard was more important than serving customers. When we asked her a question, she didn't even answer it properly and walked away. Then she decided to put words in our mouth and twist what we said. She also was making faces about us to her co worker. When we complained to the "manager" Jessica, she was defensive of the staff right off the bat and basically called us a liar. They then proceeded to tell my husband if he couldn't see the shoe that was on the top shelf, he needed to get out of the store. I have never been treated this way in my entire life I have complained to head office, but I'm afraid this isn't going to go anywhere, and this store deserves this review. I just wanted to buy a Christmas gift for my daughter. If you do not like working in retail, find a new job, because customer service is key, regardless of the time of year.

Wish I could give a minus in front of the star. Went there last night and had 2 types of shoes and a boot I wanted to try. There were 3 employees on, 1 was serving the only other customers in the store. 1 employee walked right past me like I was invisible and the last one walk into the main area, looked at me and walked to the back of the store. I was prepared to buy all the shoes and boots if they had my size. But after that, I put them all back in the display area and left. Would have been approximately a $400+ sale they lost out on and I will never go back. Extremely poor sales representative there.

Good selection, pricing is alright - seems like you can get the exact products cheaper online. Stock was low when we shopped, but it is the holiday season, and many sales are on, so this seems unavoidable.
