Worst Customer Service Experience Ever
I ordered a new phone from Best Buy, and it has been an absolute nightmare. They lost my phone during shipping, but instead of fixing the issue, they’ve refused to refund me. Every time I contact them, they give me the same robotic response: “We’re working on it,” or “Please wait longer.” It’s clear they have no intention of actually resolving the issue.
To make things worse, they’ve lied multiple times about escalating my case. When I ask to speak to a manager, they flat-out refuse. Their lack of accountability and transparency is infuriating. I’ve wasted hours of my time trying to get this resolved, and I’m still stuck with no phone and no refund.
Save yourself the frustration and avoid Best Buy at all costs. Their customer service is a joke, and they don’t care about their customers. I’ll never shop here again.

This was the best and easiest process I have had in retail regarding electronics. Brennan Garrett went above and beyond and I highly would recommend him to anyone and will be back to do business with him again. Top quality customer services.

Just wanted to share my experience about Brennan. My back ground is a manger in customer service with very high expectations of my staff. To say I was blown away by the amazing customer service from Brennan is an understatement. He was helpful to answer all my question to explain everything to me, to make sure my bell services where hooked up before moving to Nfld. Now has helped me switch cell phone providers, again being patient answering my 100 questions lol. Brennan has given me outstanding customer service which is very rare to find these days. Brennan company is lucky to have him on their team. Thanks again Brennan for all your help your kindness hasn’t gone unnoticed. Thank you for putting your clients first it goes along way with me. I will highly recommend you to anyone looking for your services. Also look forward to anything else I may need help with. Thank you Colleen

I ordered a $250 item online for pick up at Best Buy in St. Johns . I live 10hours away but my boyfriend was in town and went to pick it up so I forwarded him the confirmation email.
My boyfriend went to the wrong Best Buy store first, the one on Stavanger, he showed them the email and said they would give it to him but the item was sent to the other Best Buy store.
So he went to the Avalon Mall's Best Buy.
The employee, Mark, would not give my boyfriend, who had me on the phone, the package because he would only accept me being present in the store. I offered to show my photo id's over video and still the answer was no. Mark was rude and then became sarcastic and taunting to my boyfriend who got upset and ended up leaving the store. I called customer service and a nice lady tried her best to help me. She called Mark on the phone to tell him I called and confirmed my identification and gave permission to release my item to my boyfriend. He still refused.
Now I have to wait until my item gets cancelled for non pick up. I can't get it shipped because there's a mailing strike. And my daughter don't get her $250 birthday present this weekend.

Bought a PDP headset bundle. The game pass code didn't work and neither did the headset. Tried to return the bundle the next day they only let me exchange it for another of the same. Also didn't work.

Very helpful staff! Probably the best part of the place as almost all the Source Stores have closed, which is very unfortunate. It's definitely a benefit to have a store to get some electronics without ordering online. But the staff are very knowledgeable and offer great advice!

Had an AMAZING experience with Brennan Garrett. He was so friendly and helpful and exceeded all expectations. We got a great deal and free gift on sign up. It sounded almost too good to be true but was legit and so quick and painless. Highly recommend!
