The blonde girl at the change room counter tried to open the door for another customer while I was in there changing. I called out to her that it was occupied. She ignored me and continued to try to enter the change room. I had to wrestle the door shut so that she and the random stranger wouldn't see me in my underwear. Humiliating and violating, be careful of change room pervs here.

No doubt they have variety of clothes but person on billing counter; he always look tired and he never greet anyone. Last month, i visited there so he charged me extra two things which i never buy and leaves the magnetic tag on my two of the clothings. Last time i managed but i shop there again today and i just bought i piece of clothing and he did the same thing he left the magnetic tag on my bodysuit which just ruined it when i tried to open it; that makes a hole in it which really bothers me. I don’t have enough holidays to go all the way back to avalon mall to remove the tags so i have to remove by myself which gives me the hardest time. Hope so they won’t repeat this thing again to me. ☹️

There is a new manager named Marlene at the Avalon Mall. Woman needs to learn some customer service skills and take a management course or 2. Worst customer service I have ever experienced . If you don't like people why work in customer service. Urban planet do better this is not acceptable

Loved this store once upon a time, however I overheard a conversation this week that changed my mind. It appeared that what I assume to be someone from head office (a man wearing a suit jacket and a condescending tone) was telling staff that Urban planet is not meant to be a customer service based store, but merely a stock store. Is this what retail is really coming to ? If I wasn't looking for customer service I would be shopping online from similar warehouse websites like shein and temu! Thoroughly disappointed in this company, will not be giving them my money again.Not to mention that I can never find what I'm looking for in the store because the layout seems to be flipped around every few weeks, how to expect customers to be able to shop like that ?!?

Just had a horrible experience at the store in st. John's nl. I never leave a bad review anywhere but this really got on my nerves. I stayed for 20 minutes waiting for someone to help me find a different color of a dress. She just kept leaving and not coming back with any answers. She even took the color I tried on so I couldn't buy that either. Even if she told me that they couldn't find it, it would've been fine. Very disappointed.

I always go there, i love the sales and the staff. Today was different, i came with mum and there was a bunch of perfumes that are there to be smelled before buying the ones in boxes. One of the staff came and told us to not try any of the perfumes ( my mum sprayed one perfume on her hand not on people or in the air and it was once not even much ). And told us that the perfumes there should not be sprayed cause people have allergies.. how people are supposed to smell the perfume before buying it then ? ??. Again the staff are amazing, except this one ( first time seeing it in the store though) but anyways please if you dont want people to spray perfumes than remove the open ones from there. thank you

Bought a holiday sweater here. $60 and it looks like it would fall apart after the first wash. Stock was limited so I got a size that wasn't quite right. As I left I saw a similar sweater in a neighboring store that was in my size for half the price. I bought that one and tried to return the one from urban planet less than 10 minutes later. The same girl who sold me the sweater refused to refund it. Supervisor was not friendly at all and would only give me store credit. Seems a bit unreasonable. I was friendly to the staff and did not cause a scene but I felt like more of an annoyance than a customer. I hate giving my business to stores and staff who view their own customers as nothing but an annoyance to them. I won't be going back.

There are variety of wears to pick up here for both men and women as well as kid. They have good prices for most of the Tshirts but a little short of the quality.
