Value Village is a thrift store offering a wide variety of gently used clothing, accessories, and household goods. Many customers find it a great place to find unique items, awesome deals, and good quality clothes while supporting reuse and sustainability. The store is often described as nice, clean, tidy, and well-organized with a decent amount of free parking. Staff are frequently noted as friendly and service is good. However, some criticisms are common. Prices are often mentioned as being on the higher side, sometimes comparable to retailers, and items can occasionally be in poor shape. A significant inconvenience noted is the lack of fitting rooms. On busy days, like Senior's day, long lineups at self-checkout are a problem, with requests for more open checkouts and cashier assistance. Some customers feel the store should not sell broken or incomplete items, especially at high prices. Despite these issues, many would still recommend the location.
It's a great store, but I didn't know they had cops working here 😅

Lots of cute items to choose from! Some of the items were damaged and still on the pricier side but I did find an old CD in new packaging for $5 so that’s a win! I do agree with the other comments that the smell was almost unbearable but the staff are friendly and I love the self checkouts!
