I think they forget that
It's very expensive most of the time

Sometimes we can buy the same brand new product from dollarama but it is a bit cheaper or the same price

I got a really awesome deal on a nice winter coat and a hat to match, but there's no fitting room. That's the only thing I didn't like about it.

Surprised at the good quality of clothes. Good service and friendly fellow customers too. Lots of free parking.
Added: Tuesday, Senior's day is always slammed. I would suggest having all 4 self check-outs open (why were 2 self-checkouts closed?) Please re-open one cashier's desk on Tuesday for those seniors who need help. (Some of us can't see as well!!) Long lineups to pay at self checkout are too slow-moving. There was only one very kind assistant at self checkout.

Prices are getting out of hand , almost got to compair with the retailers prices now.
Sad to see when more people are becoming aware of waste/fast fashion and trying to reduce and reuse!
Prices are better at Salvation Army .

Value village is a great place to shop for ladies and kids. I find the mens area except for Jeans, suites/blazers, and sweaters a bit rusty. Shoes are not cleaned, winters jackets are as is, where is. The prices are not commensurate to the state of the items being sold for most men's stuff.
Otherwise, it is a cool place to visit and you can be lucky to get something really nice for the right price.

Updated rating. I used to love value village but The company seems to have forgotten its a thrift store. It's prices keep going up, customer experience keeps going down, and they refuse to bring back changing rooms for some reason.

My favourite place to spend a Saturday! Some items are a little pricey but honestly I’ve gotten some great deals here! Pretty well organized and new inventory is always coming in.

Their prices are higher than they used to be, still affordable but it does add up. Employees are nice! But parking is horrible
