DON'T RENT the "Private" Room/Back Bar - I've rented the back bar for 3-4 hours every year for several years, and it has always been a PRIVATE party. Now, they expect you to share it with the other bar patrons so they can use the VLTs in the "private" party room. There are always numerous available VLTs in the main bar, so why they do this is unclear to me. We spend a few grand, at least in the few hours we are there and always give a good tip. I have no clue why they started treating us this way after bringing them business for years and spending 1000s of dollars. We will be going somewhere else next year.

I have been to westside on ken-mount rd twice and I had the worse experience there, very unprofessional employees members who work, they’re very rude to they’re customers, one bartender was speaking under her breath saying how she didn’t want to be there. The regulars we’re going around like they owned the place. I don’t recommended anyone to go to this westside. The one in mount pearl or paradise is more a welcoming place and very nice staff members who work there.

If you don't play pool and just drink they make up excuses to get you out of the bar. Only pool players are allowed to play here or 8f you play the slots. Otherwise they try to say your drunk and cut you off and give you the stank eye until you leave. A very bad first experience. I won't be going back. Very bad service.
