Canadian Tire in Stephenville is a clean, clutter-free store with helpful staff and a good selection of Christmas ornaments and decor. Customers appreciate how easy it is to find items in the store. The auto service team is friendly and efficient, able to fit customers in quickly, with reasonable prices like $25 CAD for a tire plug. However, some experiences with preorders have been disappointing, with long delays from payment to delivery, and issues transferring items between locations. The curbside pickup system sometimes causes confusion, with delays despite being told the order is ready. Overall, it is a popular store for shopping and auto services, but customers suggest improvements in order management and communication.
