“I just picked up my Honda Civic and I did not know that they would provide a complimentary cleaning! My car was filthy so I was a bit embarrassed when I found out that they had cleaned it. I kayak so there was a bunch of gear and dirt in the car. When I opened my door, the car looked amazing and without giving away any identifying details, the folks that cleaned my car not only did a great job, they left me a hilarious surprise right in my centre console. It was something I didnt realize had lived in my car since my friend's bachelorette party and I laughed so hard, it completely made my day. I am still giggling and it keeps popping back into my head. Thank you guys for being so so funny and thank you for not only cleaning my car but repairing it so excellently that it drives like new. I couldn't be happier! I would also like to give a shout out to the wonderful ladies that I communicated with via text and in person at the front desk. An absolutely kind, welcoming and genuine team. We are on an extended road trip from Sask. and this was a concern and time sensitivedue to ferry travel timeline. The Wilkins Auro Centre was fully booked but Chris came out, took the time to assess and reassure us and get us on our way! The local Ford service centre was too busy to help us. “Had an amazing experience here. Van hasn’t been changing gears well for almost a year now. Got the van diagnosed in one visit then brought it back for repair. “Been going here for years, great service and competant staff. Like everyone, when we change tires for the season so its very busy twice a year and you are best off dropping your vehicle off for the day. They commit to your tires changed by end of day or will advise if they are full. Knowing and expecting that ahead of time is good to be prepared for.”
