“I just picked up my Honda Civic and I did not know that they would provide a complimentary cleaning! My car was filthy so I was a bit embarrassed when I found out that they had cleaned it. I kayak so there was a bunch of gear and dirt in the car. When I opened my door, the car looked amazing and without giving away any identifying details, the folks that cleaned my car not only did a great job, they left me a hilarious surprise right in my centre console. It was something I didnt realize had lived in my car since my friend's bachelorette party and I laughed so hard, it completely made my day. I am still giggling and it keeps popping back into my head. Thank you guys for being so so funny and thank you for not only cleaning my car but repairing it so excellently that it drives like new. I couldn't be happier! I would also like to give a shout out to the wonderful ladies that I communicated with via text and in person at the front desk. An absolutely kind, welcoming and genuine team. “Excellent, friendly service. Very knowledgeable and doesn't try to overcharge or advise unnecessary services. Sometimes hard to get an appointment but that's due to them being so great, everyone wants to use their services! That being said, I had concerns with my brakes and they fit me in very quickly. Highly recommend! And if that wasn't enough, there's a resident dog. I mean...11/10. An extra point for the good boy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?”

“I recently went to OK Tire in Mount Pearl for a wheel alignment and tire rotation, and ended up needing a few more things done on my car. I came in honestly feeling pretty worried and anxious about doing more work, but Ahmed Alktifan completely changed that experience for me.
Ahmed went above and beyond in every possible way. He took the time to go over what my car needed, explained everything clearly, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. You can tell he genuinely cares about both the car and the person driving it. His professionalism, patience, and honesty really stood out. By the time I left, I felt confident and relieved, knowing my car was in excellent hands and that the work done was truly in my best interest. Ahmed truly embodies what professional, top-tier service should look like, and he has been absolutely fantastic to work with from start to finish.

“This is a great place to get work done on your vehicle. I had a time to bring my car in to get brakes and rotors. Unfortunately they had a truck in with some extended issues.
