The gang at Maxs Garage is hands down the best shop I have ever dealt with. They are fair, honest hard working knowledgeable mechanics. Tina at the desk always does her best to fit me in when I need work done. Rick and his crew are top notch mechanics that really give a damn about their work and their customers. If you’re looking to have any work done give Tina a call. Her authenticity comes across the phone line always. It is literally the not shop anywhere that treat you like family, they take care of you and stand by their work 100%. I can say that they have helped me out so many times, I feel like I’m taking advantage of them. Good people, good work and great service.

I’ve been here multiple times with my vehicle for multiple issues and have had the same great experience every time.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Everyone I’ve interacted with at this garage has been so kind and they are incredibly knowledgeable in their work.
Even though it may be a bit ‘out of the way’ for some, I would recommend this place to anyone who asked due to the experiences I have personally had here.
Truly exceptional staff and service.
As long as I have a car, I’ll be a customer! Thanks again guys!!

I'm from out of town. This place was recommended to me form the guys at work. I can see why. Excellent customer service. Fit me in with no appointment. Fixed everything wrong on my car. Pick me up and gave me a drive back. Couldn't be happier with the service I received.

Well, I don't usually trust many garages or mechanics and Max's AutoPro was no exception. Put my vehicle in a few weeks ago to get work done, parts came in and we scheduled a date for shortly after parts arriving. I call this morning to see if I can pick it up but my vehicle was never on the schedule to begin with.
To make matters worse, I had a job position lined up based off of getting my vehicle back this morning to start in 2 days and now that position is no longer available as they can no longer wait. So I lost a job due to their inability to schedule.
It's highly unprofessional on their part. I've sent a message directly to NAPA as well as I don't believe they would like to hear about a business under their name doing this to customers. It's bad for reputation. I'm sure they'll still require me to pay full price for a service performed after the agreed upon date.

Excellent service!! Friendly receptionist and informative and knowledgeable mechanic. I had my car in because some plastic was loose in underneath and the mechnic took it upon himself to point out an issue which will still be covered under the powertrain warranty and suggested I contact the dealership to get it replaced. This really spoke volumes about the integrity of the mechanic. Highly recommend. I will certainly be a returning customer. 10/10!Service: Vehicle Inspection

Went for a tire change and walked out 45 minutes after my appointment and paid only $ 86.00. Good job, will go back in spring for reversal.
