We had a great hour or more at the forge. All three gentlemen at the Forge took time to explain, demonstrate, and give the history of the Forge. It was a very informative and enjoyable visit.

Neat to see this working forge. It is no longer free, you need to buy a pass for all buildings at the visitors centre. But worth it to see them

If you are interested in blacksmithing then a visit here is worth taking the time. Make sure to engage the blacksmith because he is more than willing to share and really brings the displays to life as he works on things you can buy in the gift shop.
