Wouldn’t cancel order to add military discount even though I showed them my ID. Both sales rep and manager said “we’re too far ahead to cancel and restart the process”. Talk about lazy, won’t be going back to this store.

Its 2023, are you guys really not accepting returns on clearly unopened purchases without my receipt but with the card I purchased it with?? Walmart, Lowes, Harbor Freight, and most important, your competitors do. Maybe the guy at the counter was misinformed. Care to comment?

For auto parts, it is one of the best places to go. Service is great if you are fortunate to get Carl, Roger, Chris, Daniel or the red head! Stay away from the little mean man.

I was traveling from out of town and called the local store. Chris put my parts on hold and had them pulled and ready for me. Rodger finished up the order and made sure I had everything I needed. Customer service was awesome and the store looked great.

The AutoZone in Aberdeen is worth going to if only to work with Chris. He went beyond expectations. The manager was not as helpful. Chris stuck with me and really helped. Thanks Chris!
