I can see a huge improvement since new management took over at the pharmacy. I went in for my flu shot. The pharmacist that assisted me was kind and professional and made sure I had no questions or concerns. the pharmacy and store were very clean and all other staff were very friendly.

Do Not use this CVS Pharmacy. It is extremely disorganized, slow and inefficient . Not one to shun a place after one bad ordeal. This is ow the 3rd time dealing with the slowest. Plenty of other options, go somewhere else

The only problem I can honestly say I have with this cvs is calling. They never answer their phone and your left on hold for 30-60 minutes. They also don't listen to their recordings left by doctor offices on a daily basis as well because on several occasions they took days to get my prescription that was left on their voicemail. The staff is nice and works hard to get your prescriptions ready but I can't drop everything and go their all the time. I need to be able to call and get a response and I just don't. It's been extremely frustrating!!!!

This is the best CVS in the history of CVSs! Ok, maybe that's a bit of an overstatement. The employees are pretty normal, pharmacy is busier than a one legged man in a butt kicking contest. I noticed recently during a, 1hr I believe, pharmacy shutdown for lunch, that no one was chatting on their phones or actually disappearing for lunch. It looked like they were catching up on filling orders. That takes some commitment. Lastly, if a vehicle were unavailable a person could possibly call a friend or, god forbid a taxi/ride share service. I realize that takes some planning and Uber/Lyft aren't very reliable here yet, but there are definitely options. Maybe Walmart or Walgreens would be more willing to send medication without it being paid for at time of releasing it...

Sad some people have a bad experience with the pharmacy. I am here to say I've a good experience in the last few days. First off I do not live here I am visiting my mom and step dad who is currently sick and needing medications. I went on a Saturday and the man who helped me was very sweet and informational. I also dropped off a prescription which I didn't need that day and at the drop off window I did not wait long and the person helping me was very friendly. I had a good encounter. I came back Tuesday for 2 new prescriptions for my step dad. There was one person at the counter and one in line ahead of me. The gentleman at the counter must have had a issue because he was taking a while so someone stepped up to the other register to help us 2 in line. This pharmacy person was also very nice and pleasant to talk to. He seemed genuinely to be a friendly person. Thank you for being friendly pharmacy team- it's been very emotional for me to be getting these meds for my step dad so I'm glad everything went smoothly.

Called yesterday about having my prescriptions that were filled,shipped to my home.Woman said she would.Called just now to be sure that was in process,as scripts only have 2 more days to be picked up,and I have no vehicle.The woman,and her college as she called him,(I heard in background);were very annoyed sounding to me.She sent a text according to her that was to ask for my credit card info; n case of charges.When I got the text it said donot send any card info by text.When I told her,she and the man; in the background talking were saying " I dont know then." Told me to come in and add card at store Very rude.Not the first time I have encountered less than professional behaviour when calling on the phone .As soon as I can find a place to deliver,with people who act like decent humans,my prescriptions will be transfered .

Worst service ever. Over worked inefficient staff who cares very little for their customer. Medications are the life blood of a pharmacy; however, this location is running it like a clown college. Long waits, condescending cashiers and disregard for their customers culminates into a business that needs to be shut down. I am surprised customers haven't died while waiting for ANYONE to recognize them at the register. This is a repeated problem. I am moving my business to a location where they take pride in their business. I suggest everyone else does the same. It won't be long before the lady yelling out "We're Extra" from behind the counter screws up an order and someone pays the ultimate price.

Have noticed this location is quite overwhelmed since Covid began. I've still been able to get med's and candy which sometimes are handy to have ...jkA recent Increase in staff has helped getting things back in order. Although there is a drive-thru, have yet to use that available source. I like walking in and looking at specials which change weekly. CVS Pass helps obtain coupons on your receipt ;) winner! *Lots of parking*Self checkout available*Drive-thru optionAs always, thank you for reading.Enjoy life while staying safe

My schedule usually only permits me to shop here in the late evening. When I have visited during the evening hours the store is well staffed with friendly and helpful people. Today I made the unfortunate mistake of calling during the afternoon hours to check to see if an item was available. After following the prompts a woman picked up the phone while talking to someone else. About 30 seconds into picking up she finally acknowledged that I was on the line. I asked if she was aware if they carried the item or not. She replied that she was not sure and then went back to the conversation with the other person. I waited patiently while under the impression that she was checking. I was wrong. When she finally decided to continue our phone call I asked her if she would check for the item. At which point she told me I would have to call back and ask someone else to check. Thanks for your help.

Pretty typical CVS, decent service at the window, typical wait times. Costs a bit more for general Merchandise than say the local walmart but its clean and not usually too busy. I've had 3 decent experiences here thus far, once for soap and a couple times for general stuffs - :)
