Can't get on phone, long wait frequently at store, and their website doesn't work correctly Tried numerous times to put in birth date, didn't work

This is directed to the pharmacy. Phone calls not answered, unfriendly greeting. Vaccine medications canceled at last minute. Needs refresher course in customer service. If I could have given less than one, I would have!
