Location and shopping plaza looks brand new. Customer service was great! I was greeted at the front entrance with a friendly smile and directed to the shoe department, which is exactly where I needed to go. The shoe department associate was also very helpful, polite, and professional. He was quick to find the exact shoe and size that I asked for. I definitely recommend this location for several reasons, but mostly due to their friendly and courteous staff.

Suzie and Ania are amazing! They provided great customer service and I will certainly be going back. I wish every shopping experience would be like that. Super job!

I’m giving 5 stars for a worker named Avery. In the shoe department, he helped us find the right shoes while assisting 3 other customers. His levels of courtesy and knowledgeable seemed above and beyond that of the average human.
As for the store itself; it’s big but the fishing section is weak and there are no longer and canoes or kayaks.

The lady Ms T is very helpful, sweet and professional. She has been with the company for a few years and again she is a very hard working lady. Always the same with that beautiful big smile. She deserves a raise and employee award

Not only is the camping stuff mostly gone, which is tolerable, but they are not transparent about returns when you bought goods that didn’t function properly literally day one of use. One person advised we could return the item, the other team member said no due to “wear and tear” (they were worked in for half of a day and immediately tore). Long story short— don’t buy Frog Togs from here. :)

Store is new, and not your typical Sporting Goods store. Kind of like a Niemans for fashionable sports. Lots of manikins and high fashion displays but almost nothing in terms of outdoor sports. No hunting supplies, no shooting supplies, no hiking or camping supplies. A small section on fishing that would fit in a corner of a gas station store. Mainly golf, tennis, basketball, etc.

Couldn't get anyone to help me in the shoe section. It wouldn't be a big deal if it was busy, but it wasn't, and 3 employees walked by me like i wasn't there.

Even with the new store opening, the staff has been very busy, but always have the time to help. Every section of the store has at least one person that is willing to make sure your experience is great, especially the guys working in the shoe department!
