2nd time I have tried to use rewards points for a sub at this location. Was told it wouldn't go thru that there must be a problem with the app. Still the points for the sub were deducted from my account while I was charged full price for all that I ordered. When I tried to get a soda, I found the soda machine was not delivering carbonated beverages. Manager was aware there was a problem but did not tell me when I ordered a combo.

The night staff at this place made me not want to ever return. Slow service and the order was wrong. When I asked about the mistakes to my order the person taking my order got upset. Definitely not a good look.

I did an online order it changed the location to Aberdeen. I was trying to order in another town. I called the store immediately. the guy that answered the phone. didn't know what to do so he called the manager, she told him she would take care of it the next day. and if i had questions to call her persona number. which I did (by the way the manager and owner are the same person) that's what she told me. this woman was the ruddiest and most hateful person I have ever talked to with customer service. her name is Apecka or something like that. they first told me i had to cancel the order but that was a lie you cant. she told me that she couldn't do anything about it. I told her I needed my money back. she said well you made the mistake I said yes I did, then she said there is nothing I can do for you and hung up on me. I called her back the next day. she said she refunded my money but I still don't have it. because I couldn't pull up my receipt at the time I was on the phone with her she said it was adding up to 35 and some change.. I told her it was 36.35 at which point I said what ever. I got home looked it up and texted her a copy of the receipt I was correct it was 36.35 she replied back well you refund is similar. I said it needs to be exact. I got on here and I have seen other reviews talking about the manager/owner and her attitude. Firehouse you need to do better!!!!! this woman is representing your name. and I plan to get the word out to all I can about how hateful she is. you don't treat people the way she does with no consequences. Just keep in mind the Manager is the owner.

Ordered online and had to wait 20 mins longer than quoted time. Food not as good as it once was. Not as friendly atmosphere as previously was.

The staff is extreme friendly and you can really tell the owners care about the everything. I have been here several times with my grandfather and have almost had everything on the menu. I have not been disappointed once. Well done!

I made an online order and it changed me twice. I couldn't get a refund so I opted to leave the receipt and get the second order in a few days. I called the store and I was left on hold for 20 minutes so I drove to the store walked right up the counter with no line and they told me she couldn't answer the phone because she was so busy. I was still on the call and shows it to her. I told them about my order and they said they'd make it. 15 minutes later when nobody is in the store she came from behind the back room and said she forgot and would make it now. I was changed twice and forgotten about twice. It took over an hour to get my food. This place makes the Firehouse brand look terrible.

It's a clean sandwich shop with a nice variety of offerings, but there's nothing that really makes it stand out, particularly at this price point. The firefighter thing is a gimmick, there is nary a halligan (or any other contemporary firefighter tool) in sight. Fair overall.
