I placed an online order for shipping and noticed that it was not being shipped but was for pick up at the Aberdeen store. I contacted the Aberdeen store and spoke with the store manager, Joanne who quickly resolved my issue. Joanne was very customer friendly and offered to send my item on the truck to my store in Fayetteville. Joanne delivered exceptional customer service and definitely represents quality customer service above and beyond expectations. Thank you!!

Went in to shop and not once with 3 employees there at the time did any of them ask me did I need help . Was looking for something and seen what I wanted but because I wasn’t asked if I could be helped I gladly walked out . Poor customer service
