I rarely leave reviews, but this store deserves it. The staff is consistently rude and makes you feel like you’re inconveniencing them just by walking in. There’s a complete lack of professionalism or basic customer service. You get attitude instead of help, and it’s clear they don’t care about their customers at all. I won’t be returning — and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values being treated with respect.

Great customer service was provided by both Gunnar and Chad. The Lenovo laptop I purchased was on sale, and I got it at a great price (discount). Not only that, the two associates listed above were very knowledgeable about the technical aspects of the computer, and they were very patient with me. Great overall buying experience at the Aberdeen, North Carolina Staples store.

Trying to do my Amazon return for over a week here now! They say they don't have Amazon labels which means I'll have to take it elsewhere and pay.

Everytime I come here, they move like MOLASSES. I came into the store to drop something off for the Amazon return. I was next in line. Another gentleman came on the other side & insisted that I was there before him & TINA waved me off and told him I could wait. She then left the counter with him to walk him back into the store to show him other options of whatever it was he was buying. She came back to assist me and acted like she was exhausted & that I was a burden to her time. She needs to work on her customer service skills, because I am SURE she told them she was great at it during her interview.

I went to the southern pines location ..on the Monday the 9th and the lady was talking to me like I was the scum beneath her shoes ..and I was just about to tell her a thing or two but she got right ..all I wanted was to pick up a store order and she got sassy ..she was assisting another lady older lady before me and was talking with sense to her and then got to me and was talking side ways ..be kind to folks ..people are mean and now days they will hurt you .i had more to say but I’ve calm down sense ..if you don’t love or even like your job ..find another one .

This was the absolute worst experience ever. The manager over at the Print department was not only extremely disrespectful to me but also the people in front of me. She then went on to mis print my sheets while still giving me attitude. Not impressed.
