“After many hours of sifting through vehicle reviews, my wife wanted to get back into a truck, we narrowed the field to a Tundra or Silverado. Brothers Automotive had a 2018 Silverado in stock that fit out parameters. While we mainly dealt with Kayle, Scott and others were also helpful. The inspection and test drive clinched it for us. During the next few days, we noticed the right rear tire slowly losing pressure. I took the truck to our favorite shop so they could do an overall inspection out truck and patch the leak in the tire. All was good except for the tire, the small hole was in the side wall, which for safety reasons cannot be patched. The vehicles at Brothers Automotive are sold ‘As Is’ so we knew that any repairs would be on us. I still reached out to Kayle because these tires cost around $300 new. Turns out they have a source for good used tires. Kayle found an exact match that would cost me $120 plus shipping. I had the tire mounted, balanced and checked for leaks; all was good. When it came time to pay Kayle, he said don’t worry about it, Brothers Automotive covered the cost of the tire. Now that’s going above and beyond, Brothers Automotive was not obligated to absorb that cost.. This is why they get a Five Star rating from me. Thank you Kayle and Brothers Automotive.”
