On 5 August 2025, I received the Best Customer Service. The Customer Service Representative was named Ivory. Her knowledge of her profession was evident immediately and she fixed my problem in less than 15 minutes. That’s never happened in 15 years I have been a customer of Verizon.

Alex was so super helpful! I had an issue with my SIM card, and he took care of it and was so cool to talk with during the process. He helped me upgrade my plan and gave some good advice on my next phone upgrade. I’ll definitely be heading back to see him and so should you!
