“I recently took my new kitten Otis in for neutering. I added some other testing and medications as well which is so amazing they offer. The drop off was easy and seamless. Same with pick up. But the best was how when I arrived to get him and said his name the techs all knew exactly who he was like he was so special and in his paperwork they gave him a certificate of bravery! I thought that was adorable! I had just last my tuxedo cat last month from old age and adopted this guy a week prior to his appointment. I was so nervous because he’s become special very quick and after how they treated him I wish I would go back 100 times over! They are the best!”
“All the vets are great. Only private practice I trust in the area. Everyone else is corporate. Also saw that they are community focused (they have articles in their lobby with them doing stuff in the community). Plus they have military discount!”
“I took my cat Ranni here for her first checkup I got for free. The staff here are very knowledgeable on both cats and dogs. I got advice on how and what to feed my cat, (She’s slightly overweight.) and so far, the advice has worked and she’s finally eating her food without complaint!”

“Great experience using this practice for a pre-purchase exam. The ladies doing the scheduling were very nice and kind. We were traveling to see the horse and they assured us it would be no problem to cancel if we didn't want to move forward after riding the horse. Dr. Tom and the young veterinarian with him were very professional and thorough. I felt we could safely trust their impressions of the horse's health. “Can't say enough about Dr. Ioppolo and his staff!! My two 9 month old pups have stayed in the boarding area twice this month in their Saturday night to Sunday afternoon program! The vet techs, Hailey and Rebecca were on both weekends. They could not have been kinder and made me feel so much better about having to leave them! They showed me the area where they would be staying as well as their outside area! The puppies were thrilled to go back the second time! They come home tired but happy, not stressed! “They deserve 100 stars. It is extremely difficult to get a vet out to my area. Even though I'm outside of the area they serve, Dr. Hinson showed her incredible compassion and love for animals in making the drive all the way out to save my 34 year old horse's life during an impaction colic (in the middle of the night). We would have never been able to stabilize him enough to get him off to NC State for surgery if she hadn't made the sacrifice to come for my horse. It was not looking good and all hope seemed to be lost, but she didn't give up on my old boy. Not only did she try everything she could to get him comfortable enough for the trip and miraculously back up on his feet, she also waited probably an hour or more with us until the horse trailer arrived. I've owned him for 21 years, and cannot thank her enough as the reason I still have him with me.
I found myself in another terrifying emergency situation last night, and their on-call vet Dr. Cameron was gracious enough to be ready to come out... again, even though we're so far away and not technically in the area they serve. You can tell with these professionals, they truly see their work as a calling.”

I called frantic and the staff was beyond amazing and I’m so grateful for all they did for us. This has been the most difficult time losing our sweet boy, but we are grateful we had this vet during this difficult time.”

“Wonderful experience at Small Animal Emergency Services. My cat Bumble went in not feeling well and stayed the night on iv's and antibiotics and came back home the next day. Bumble had some mats and the kind staff all worked on him and gave him a Lion Cut on top of the care and detail they gave my little Bumble. You cant asked for a better experience!!
