This Walgreens has a crazy busy pharmacy that is always slammed, but the staff consistently have a good attitude. Customers are impressed by their kindness, patience, and helpful nature, even when there is a huge line. The pharmacists and technicians are efficient, professional, and handle everything with great care. They make customers feel seen, heard, and confident with their medications, whether picking up prescriptions, getting a vaccine, or gathering information. While the pharmacy can be busy and mistakes can happen, the staff is commended for how they handle situations, providing amazing customer service to rectify issues. The wait time for inside pick-up is reasonable, and staff are always courteous and helpful. They also efficiently manage prescriptions via phone, including getting new ones from physicians by sending faxes and following up. A little patience from customers is appreciated as the team works quickly under challenging circumstances, making every trip a pleasant experience.
Worst pharmacy ever. Always running into issues with prescriptions been delayed.

I am in agreement with so many other negative comments on the Aberdeen store. Both the pharmacist and an associate within the storefront, were rude and showed how much I apparently bothered them by asking a question. Isn’t that part of their job?! Will not go there again.
