Wendy's has been my favorite for burgers out of the major fast food companies but lately the drive thru is absolutely terrible. Since COVID the lobby area is always closed so the only option is the drive thru but 35 minutes for an indidual order seems a bit outrageous. But what does it matter, I am only one person and no business has ever closed because of one unhappy customer.I just want an explanation. Why does it take so long? I saw five people working.

Place was clean, staff was friendly and not short-handed, and food was good for a quick fast food meal. Much nicer people than the golden arch place. 5 stars for what it is a fast food

This restaurant clearly ran out of American cheese and added shredded instead. Which isnt a bad idea, however. They didnt tell me. and as. a customer, i deserve to know what i am consuming. I tried to call and no answer. I would like a manager to respond appropriately.

I came through the drive thru and there was a short haired lady with glasses with rude service she rushed my order the whole time I was trying to tell her my order then when I got to the window she slung the window open with no words I said hey how are you and she just stood there . Took my money then slammed the window shut . Got the order wrong after I said 3 times what I did not want and was Overall rude .. Online it says they close at 2 it was 12 something a.m and they was closing . I was confused . Wasn’t wearing the name tag or didn’t give me a receipt so I didn’t get a name .. the lady and male after her was pleasant and very helpful.

Apparently here it is 8:48 and they supposed to be open at 6:30 I sat in the drive thru for 20mins. Not one time did anyone come to the window and say “we’re not open yet” and multiple people walked passed the window and seen 3 cars sitting in the drive
