If I could give this review 0 stars I would. You can never talk to anyone in the pharmacy only to leave a message for a return call. When I chose that I was a doctor's office to be able to get through to someone I spoke with a pharmacy tech who placed me with the pharmacist b/c after trying to get my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy over 24 hr ago and the pharmacy stated that they had transferred the prescription and I called the new one and confirmed that they had not. I called back and the pharmacist stated she was just now dealing with it and when I asked her name she hung up on me. Extremely rude. This is not the first incident with this CVS but I refuse to give them any more business. Their pharmacy is terrible, slow and rude.

Not so sure about the new pharmacist. The last few times I’ve been in I’ve heard them playing early 2000s unedited rap. This was right before they opened on a Saturday and right before they came back from lunch one day. I mean, while I can appreciate the Lil Jon and the East Side Boyz in the right setting I’m not trying to Get Low at 7:55am at the local CVS. He doesn't present himself well and his communication is slightly crass. I’m honestly concerned about having him handle my medication.

It’s a shame when you call the pharmacy that you get everything automated and then you cannot actually speak with a person. I have called this pharmacy four times trying to speak with a representative and it doesn’t give you the option. The only option it gives is for you to leave a voicemail and they call you back when they get a chance. This is ridiculousand it’s terrible customer service

No longer allows phone calls to pharmacy. Call store and ask for pharmacy to get around this.

I’ve been using this CVS location for 20+ years and as time passes the pharmacy customer service has deteriorated to such an extremely frustrating level that is completely unacceptable! There’s one pharmacist, Seth, who is anything but helpful! They also seem to have a problem retaining knowledgeable technicians! Were it not for my insurance mandate to use them I’d switch in a NY minute! As of this post, even though it’s a major hassle and will require added distance for me I will be switching to the Clemmons location who as always been far superior in the pharmacy and store selection of non-pharmacy products.

Sat in drive thru for 22 min at this location. I have been using this location since they opened. Several times i have been asked to come back in 15 20 or 30 minutes as my prescription was still being filled. Why do they not ask the customer that was sitting in drive thru yesterday to do the same. As to not delay the 5 other customers in line at the drive thru. To top it off once i did arrive to the window only to be told they did not have my prescription. I showed them on my app on my phone the confirmation. Only to be told the app was wrong. You have lost a long time customer due to poor customer service. It has been going down hill for awhile. Customer service is easy if you put some effort into it. Good Luck CVS Advance. Walmart neighborhood Pharmacy just got all my business.

Went into this CVS location just to grab some gifts for my partner's birthday. I don't want to name drop as that may cause trouble for the employee. But the cashier today was very callous for no apparent reason and unpleasant.

I have to say a big Thank You to the pharmacist Andrew at the Advance location. I called many pharmacies, including other CVS pharmacies for a prescription that was evidently on back order for awhile and he cared enough to search for it and even helped me find the best price. He was so kind and helpful I am willing to change my prescriptions to his store location. Thank You Andrew

The young man at the checkout showed me how to recognize the OTC labels in front of items that I could use my Aetna insurance to save me money . He was very patient and kind and was nice about exchanging products I changed. Thank you ?fran
