The young man at the checkout showed me how to recognize the OTC labels in front of items that I could use my Aetna insurance to save me money . He was very patient and kind and was nice about exchanging products I changed. Thank you ?fran

The pharmacist was very helpful. I went in late one evening, 10 til close and they stayed late and tried to get my insurance to cover my medication. The insurance had my date of birth wrong but we did not know that was the issue at the time so they tried a discount card which unfortunately took nothing off. The next day the pharmacist called me and told me to come back by and they would refund the $110.92 and that they had gotten everything straight with insurance and my new cost was $29.62. They really went above and beyond, while very short staffed and I really appreciate that level of customer service!

The pharmacy on hwy 801 in NC is the most non helpful people I have ever met . I have been in customer service all my life for 40 years. I have the flu tried to go through window to ask for niquil and flu meds over the counter . Yes I know they are busy but the policy is they have over the counter med if you need it they will get it for you .no the same lady would not help. trying to keep from people getting sick I didn't want to go in but they said I had to,so I go in get to the counter put meds up and then he wants my id for niquil and all I brought in was my deb card seriously. So I just left I call the cvs complaint line and she said that was not there policy to ask for id . She was very nice hopefully they can get straight.

I would not give the pharmacy 1 star. The human beings are not trained and actually blame the computers for every issue. I've received 3 calls telling me to pick up my medication. Waiting on the last 4 medications to be filled I called and ask them to hold it for me. No problem I was told. Well, today they don't have it claimed they never did claimed they didn't give it away and the best part is the tech doesn't even know the regional managers name. They have bins to open so the meds are there. But the 2 employees are too busy to open and find the medication I need. Very sad the employees don't understand the importance of people getting the proper medication. I'm being forced by our insurance company to use CVS. What a shame. First come first serve is the CVS pharmacy motto.WOW!!I love Walgreens the pharmacy works hard to take care of there patientsawfrom this pharmacy unless you want to spend your time telling them how to proceed. The intelligence factor isn't there at all. It's a pity the employees don't understand the need to be of service

Tried to purchase ONE birthday card using self checkout and got an error. Not one employee to be found to assist. I walked from end to end of the store saying hello? I waited and waited and finally walked out of the store with my $3 card. What if I had hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise? Bad business practice CVS!

Dont go to the pharmacy if Seth is the pharmacist or youll prob leave feeling put down and disrespected. He clearly isnt concerned with treating people with respect. Wal greens across the st is a much better choice

I had an appointment for covid test at 2:10pm. I pulled up at 2:03pm and was told to wait. Ok no problem. My daughter and I waited in the car for the next 6 minutes and no, we were not holding anyone in line since there was no car behind us. At 2:08, a truck pulled up behind us and we were told to pull around so they can serve them first. This was right at 2:09. This is wrong on so many levels.
