“I had an issue with my Gas Fireplace pilot light cutting off. Clyde came and studied what was going on. It was an issue that could have easily been overlooked if Clyde had not taken the time to investigate what was going on. He and Johnny came back out with what was needed to fix the problem and took the time to make sure all systems were working properly. I appreciate their concern for me as a customer and the efforts they made to satisfy my frustrations with the system. I am confident in Clyde's willingness to take the time to ensure customers are satisfied with their products. I highly recommend G&B Advance.”

“Although it appeared our heat was deficient, Hall rep texted me Late Sat nite, explained that 18% propane level w/not prevent heating. He was Correct. Our propane furnace did begin heating after awhile. We appreciate Hall's texting late evening & planning a propane delivery on Monday. Thank you very much.”

“I am a huge fan of Costco. I've been a member for over 25 years. Before that my parents were members back when it was called Price Club in the 80's when I lived in CA. It's safe to say I've been eating at the Costco food court for many many MANY years. I've seen menu items come and go over this time. The hot dog and pizza have always been a staple. I used to love the supreme pizza slice they offered. Unfortunately, that disappeared along with the Polish sausage they used to serve as well. Every time a new item comes to the food court I go in and check it out. They had a barbecue sandwich that was OK in my opinion. It was super messy to eat, so much so they served it with a cardboard collar around it. For a long time they offered a turkey pesto Panini that I fell in love with, and would get it almost every time I went shopping there. I miss that one! The newest sandwich offered was the roast beef sandwich. Again, it was just OK for me. The dessert options were always just the strawberry sundae or a fruit smoothie. They then added the chocolate sundae, the mocha smoothie and the churro. I tried the churro when they first added it and was very unimpressed. It was flavorless, and I always felt it needed so much more cinnamon sugar than it had on it. One of the best desserts they offered was a chocolate coated ice cream bar. It was huge! I miss that one too. The newest addition is the huge chocolate chip cookie. This cookie is served warm and it costs $2.49. If you look at it through the window you might think they overcooked it however, don't judge a book by its cover. It is perfectly cooked. The outside is crispy. The inside is gooey and chewy and full of chocolate chips. I think this is by far my favorite addition to the Costco food court. I hope this one lasts because it is the best! If you think these are the same cookies, you can get in the Costco bakery by the dozen think again. The ones in the bakery are not nearly as delicious as the ones in the food court. They don't even compare. Next time you hit up Costco, treat yourself to this delicious cookie. Share it with someone you love.”

“I have been with blossman Gas for 22 years, and there is a reason why I start local and stay local. Recently installed a stand by generator, I ask for consultation and design, Chris showed up and saw a plan that would work best for my application. From there Matt got involved and had his team come and do a gas line install,his team was prompt, prepared and got the job done in a neat and timely fashion. “My wife and I are traveling from California to the North Carolina mountains. I was in a panic. I wear Costco Hearing Aids and I have a molded ear piece with a wax guard tip. I ran out of tips and while on the road called the Costco Hearing Aid center in Winston Salem and talked to Diana. She said come on in as they had the ear tips and removal picks. We went in and she was sooo friendly and helpul. Cleaned my aids and changed the tips and gave me extra plus a pack of batteries. What service....a big shout out to Diana for her excellent customer service !”

“Costco has been moving everything around like Walmart. They want you to have to go in search of your stuff in hopes you will discover other stuff you want. Their meat prices have come down a little. I had quit buying meat there because they were higher than my local market. This trip, the clerk did not hound me to join their special programs, etc., etc.”

“Thompson has been so good to us over the last 7-10 years! They automatically refill our tank without us calling. They also installed gas logs for us- very kind folks who actually answer the phone! Would recommend them to anyone needing propane gas service!”
